Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of prompted.fr (the "Service"), operated by HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES (SIREN 830978912), based in France. By using the Service, you agree to these ToS without reservation.
2. Service Description
prompted.fr is an online platform for creating, organising, sharing, and reusing prompts for AI language models. The Service offers MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for direct use in code editors.
3. Access and Registration
Access requires creating an account via the Clerk authentication service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
4. Plans and Pricing
The Service offers several access tiers:
- Free: 50 prompts, no API or MCP access.
- Pro: Unlimited prompts, 2 GB cloud storage, 1,000 API/MCP requests per month.
- Infinite: Unlimited prompts, 10 GB cloud storage, unlimited API/MCP.
- Founding Member (Lifetime Access): Equivalent to the Infinite plan, one-time payment, 1,000 API/MCP requests per day. Limited to 100 spots.
Prices are shown excluding tax. Applicable VAT (20% in France) is added at checkout. Recurring subscriptions are handled via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
5. Lifetime Access (Founding Member)
The "Lifetime Access" offer is limited to 100 spots. Once sold out, it is no longer available. The one-time payment grants access to Infinite plan features, subject to a daily limit of 1,000 API/MCP requests (reset at midnight UTC) to prevent abuse. prompted.fr reserves the right to adjust features included in lifetime access with reasonable notice.
6. User Content
You retain intellectual property rights over your prompts. By publishing content to the public gallery, you grant prompted.fr a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the Service. You agree not to post illegal, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". prompted.fr does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your Clerk profile. prompted.fr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these ToS.
9. Personal Data
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Paris after an attempt at amicable resolution.
11. Changes to ToS
prompted.fr may update these ToS. Users will be notified of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
